In Memory of Brandy Lynn Welch,
THE BRANDY WELCH SCHOLARSHIP FUND
is sponsoring the H.O.P.E. Fest in order to raise money for a scholarship that will be awarded to a graduating student at Armorel High School, Armorel, Arkansas where Brandy attended Elementary School and High School.
She was a member of the Graduating Class of '99.

Walker Park Fairgrounds
Blytheville, Arkansas

Barbecue by Mary's Chapel Baptist Church
Cake Walk
Diamond Exchange Wrestlers - signing autographs & pictures
Special appearance by Armorel Fire Department & Blytheville CB Emergency Squad
Lifeblood 11 - 4 PM
Silent auction (Handmade sculptures, John deere Toys, Vacuum, Heater & much, much more)
